- Event Planning and Execution: Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and preferences, and ensure seamless execution of events, including catering, decor, and logistics.
- Menu Development and Pricing: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop creative and appealing menu options, and establish pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Marketing and Promotion: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote our catering and events services, including social media, email marketing, and local advertising.
- Financial Management: Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our events team, chefs, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and exceptional customer service.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in catering sales, event planning, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
