- Staff Scheduling and Management: Oversee staff scheduling, ensuring optimal staffing levels for smooth restaurant operations, and manage guest relations, addressing and resolving any concerns or feedback with professionalism.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding health and safety in the restaurant, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in front-of-house management, preferably in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Skills: Proven track record of developing staff and maintaining high standards of guest service, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team building and staff development.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, passionate about hospitality and committed to providing exceptional guest experiences.
