Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing and Administrative Assistant to join our team at Cambridge Properties, Inc. in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and have experience in administrative and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the development, marketing, and document management teams
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including designing and preparing real estate marketing brochures, researching market data, and updating the company website
  • Manage document/file management systems, including electronic and hard copy documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and book flights and hotels
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including mail sorting, distribution, and depositing checks
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Illustrator (or similar)
  • Familiarity with office equipment and functions
  • Electronic document management methodology
  • North Carolina notary certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Prefer experience in WordPress
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in real estate and office administration
  • Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of organization
