Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring follow-up as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, which includes addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
  • Property & Casualty license is mandatory.
  • Life & Health license (must be obtained).
