Job Title: Delivery Driver

At Lincare Holdings, we are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering medical equipment and supplies to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Medical Equipment and Supplies: Safely transport medical equipment and supplies to customers, adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.
  • Instruct Patients on Equipment Use: Provide clear instructions to patients on the safe and appropriate use of medical equipment, ensuring they understand how to utilize the equipment effectively.
  • Follow Patient Orientation Checklists: Conduct thorough patient orientation, following established checklists to ensure a seamless delivery and training experience.
  • Conduct Daily Deliveries: Perform daily deliveries, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to Transportation Laws: Strictly adhere to all transportation laws and regulations, maintaining a safe driving record.
  • Inspect Delivery Vehicle: Regularly inspect the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, prioritizing the safety of the loading and unloading process.
  • Establish Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers and internal team members, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and warehouse, adhering to all FDA protocols.
  • Work On-Call: Be available to work on-call during evening and weekend hours to address any patient medical emergencies.
