**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Sanitation Specialist to join our team at ABM Industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain buildings and facilities to the highest standards
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, coworkers, and management
- Comply with all safety, security, and quality standards
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No experience required, on-the-job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- 1 year of similar work experience
