Behavioral Health Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Eating Recovery Center. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct care and support to patients in our inpatient and residential programs.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment, providing patient supervision and support, and collaborating with our nursing department to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to patients in our inpatient and residential programs
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
- Collaborate with our nursing department to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients
- Document patient observations, meals, and individual check-ins
- Assist with morning routine and Activities of Daily Living while patients are in spa/bathroom
- Meal Support and Bathroom Monitoring, including flush checks for patients in eating disorder program
Requirements:
- High School Graduate/GED (Required)
- Associate's Degree (Preferred)
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record (Required)
- Psych Tech or CNA experience Preferred
- 6+ months of direct patient care/milieu experience (preferred)
