Sound is seeking a highly skilled WISe Clinician to join our dynamic team. As a WISe Clinician, you will work with intensive-needs children and adolescent clients with behavioral health disorders, providing assessment, direct clinical intervention, and supportive consultation to help them and their families achieve optimal health and engagement in the community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide diagnostic assessment and ongoing assessment of client's strengths and needs
- Use appropriate therapeutic modalities to build on strengths and attend to client's needs, including individual and family therapy
- Assist in the development of individualized cross-system care plans to address the needs and priorities of the family across multiple life domains
- Provide therapeutic support/psycho-education to families and in-home therapeutic services as indicated in the Wraparound plan
- Case management as needed and complete all paperwork according to agency policy and contract requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a counseling-related field preferred
- At least 3 years of directly related clinical experience to the program as a clinician or case manager and demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and treatment
- Mental Health Professional (MHP) designation preferred and Washington State driver's license and insurable driving record required
