About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Modern Treasury's Solutions Architecture team as an early member and shape our processes, tools, and strategy.

  • Experience with REST API based solution design is a must.
  • Some experience writing code is required.
  • Knowledge of payment systems, finance processes, and accounting fundamentals is a plus.
Key Responsibilities

The Enterprise Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing optimal implementation frameworks for customers, taking into account complex technical requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering on roadmap and product design.
  • Work alongside Customer Success and Customer Support teams to help customers get maximum value from Modern Treasury.
  • Conduct deep discovery into customers' technical, financial, and operations needs, and use this information to design solutions.
  • Develop detailed solution design documents and guide customers' development plans.

What You'll Do in Your First Six Weeks
  • Meet and build relationships with leaders and members of the Customer Success, Engineering, Product, Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams.
  • Shadow Solutions Architects, Sales Engineers, and CSMs on customer engagements.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our customers, their use cases, and the various stages of their journey with Modern Treasury.
What You'll Do in Your First Six Months
  • Take your first customers from initial implementation through launch.
  • Become an expert on our products, answering questions for every customer-facing team.
  • Build out the processes, knowledge base, and collateral that will shape the future of the SA team.
