Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise external and internal support teams to maintain day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring excellent support services.
  • Monitor the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, including offices, conference rooms, parking lots, and other facilities.
  • Ensure routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs are completed as scheduled and as needed.
  • Provide metrics and reports to management on maintenance, safety, facility operations, utilization, and other key performance indicators.
  • Partner with Procurement on supplier relationships and procure-to-pay processes.
  • Develop and maintain business continuity plans and health and safety plans.
  • Maintain site compliance for all inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and enforce CRES policy and procedures.
  • Manage utilization and space planning, ensuring optimal use of facilities.
  • Participate in formal staff review processes, performance evaluations, and timekeeping.
  • Collaborate with business partners to craft solutions to business needs and implement them.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with key building ownership and property management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a corporate facility support or related environment or hospital/clinical setting.
  • Oversight of a multi-site environment at a management level.
  • Experience in construction management and real estate operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of building systems and technology, including A/V, Security, Sound Masking, Lighting Controls, and HVAC.
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, including building operation systems, infrastructure, and other related areas.

  • Base Pay Range: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 annually.
