Alliance Healthcare is in search of a dedicated Lead Operations Coordinator who possesses exceptional organizational capabilities. In this pivotal role, the selected candidate will manage and implement various daily operations at their designated practice location. The Lead Operations Coordinator will oversee personnel, practice efficiency, physician and patient scheduling, as well as budget formulation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that organizational policies and procedures are executed efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Management to meet overall performance and satisfaction benchmarks, thereby enhancing the patient experience.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- A minimum of three years of managerial experience in a multidisciplinary clinic is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of multidisciplinary practices, including patient registration, billing, and management of front-end personnel.
- Proven ability to coordinate efforts among clinicians and support staff, with demonstrated skills in conflict resolution and team development.
- Strong understanding of financially responsible healthcare management.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in EHR systems and related software applications.
Job Functions:
- Oversee the operations of assigned practice site(s) in alignment with the organization's objectives.
- Work collaboratively with senior management, providers, and internal departments to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations and adherence to best practices.
- Measure and implement strategies aimed at enhancing quality and patient outcomes.
- Partner with the Director of Operations and providers to ensure appropriate staffing levels at the practice site.
- Perform additional duties as required.
