Job Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring that new employees receive comprehensive training and onboarding to enable them to perform their job duties effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs for new employees, including hands-on training and classroom instruction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop training materials
  • Conduct regular training sessions and provide ongoing support to employees
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in training and development

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in a training or development role
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as engineering or manufacturing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as Epicor or Oracle
  • Knowledge of CNC operations and controls
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills
