General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team at Dunkin' Donuts. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including managing day-to-day operations, controlling profit loss, and maintaining exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including controlling profit loss, maintaining inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports.
  • Plan and ensure the professional growth and development of the management team and crew members.
  • Maintain an exceptional level of customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, and maintain regular safety, cleaning, and operations checklists.
Requirements:
  • Previous management experience, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a desire to develop others.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food and labor cost controls, with a focus on maintaining profitability.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive guest experience.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle, with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proven reliability and high personal integrity, with a focus on maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
