Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and education to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in renal care.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing or higher degree in nursing required.
- Registered Nurse License in the state of practice is mandatory.
- Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
- Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.
