About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Professional Services Delivery to join our team at PowerPlan, Inc. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of consultants and delivering projects on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of software delivery/consulting experience, a strong track record of leading high-performing teams, and a proven ability to develop others and drive results.

Our company offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic and innovative environment.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about mentoring and developing their team members, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of consultants in delivering projects on time and on budget, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Establish a highly collaborative process with clients, ensuring full engagement, strong communication, and accountability toward key milestones and goals.
  • Provide real-time coaching and guidance to team members, as well as identify and address potential risks and issues quickly.
  • Collaborate with directors to manage and track company goals, including strategic initiatives, and promote best practices and knowledge sharing within and across teams.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to customer challenges, taking ownership of finding solutions and providing coaching and feedback to team members.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of software delivery/consulting experience, preferably in a management or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization, with a focus on delivering projects on time and on budget.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address potential risks and issues quickly.
  • Ability to travel to clients, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
