Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team at KOHLER. As a critical leadership role in our Enterprise IT, Supply Chain & Operations global team, this position will play a key role in accelerating our digital transformation by leading the delivery of Supply Chain & Operations Technologies that are critical for enabling business growth and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Regional Technology Delivery Team: Recruit, lead, and grow a diverse team of architects and analysts, as well as select and manage contractors and 3rd party partners.
- Develop and Execute Technology Strategies: Create and align on regional technology strategies, roadmaps, solutions, and project plans with senior business leaders, Supply Chain & Operations transformation teams, business solutions managers, and IT counterparts.
- Drive Business Transformation: Lead and empower cross-functional product/delivery teams to foster business transformation and growth in manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, supply chain planning, customer service, and production control.
- Manage Complex Projects: Direct and supervise a wide range of activities covering multiple concurrent projects and interface with personnel and leaders from all regions.
- Identify Emerging Trends: Evaluate emerging market trends to accelerate operational excellence opportunities for KOHLER Supply Chain & operations.
- Provide Leadership and Development: Provide positive motivational leadership of staff, develop their technical, engagement, and problem-solving skills, and ensure they are equipped to meet the continuing needs of current and new technologies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or related field required.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience overall, with 5+ years of experience in supply chain.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to partner with business stakeholders, and experience with managing and mentoring teams.
- Desired Qualifications: Masters/MBA desired.
