The IT Business Solutions Manager for Supply Chain will be a vital leadership position within the KBNA business unit, reporting directly to the Director of IT, Supply Chain & Operations. This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to enhance capabilities supported by technology. The incumbent will work in tandem with the Director of Supply Chain and his team to formulate and align a technology strategy and a dynamic roadmap that meets the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader, strategic thinker, and advocate for business interests, capable of building trust and influence across all organizational levels. Understanding the opportunities within the North America Business from a capability and holistic perspective is essential. The ability to create an inspiring vision and roadmap, and to lead an organization towards realizing that vision, is crucial for success. This role will oversee programs of significant strategic importance, offering substantial visibility and career advancement opportunities.

The successful candidate will develop a technology strategy that is relevant to the market and a flexible implementation roadmap that aligns with global strategies while effectively utilizing a hybrid global/local delivery model. Given the nature of this position, the candidate must possess extensive knowledge of IT best practices and technology solutions. Proven experience in leading IT initiatives and serving as a Business Relations manager for large, global enterprises is essential, along with a strong track record in value delivery, critical thinking, stakeholder management, negotiation, design thinking, business acumen, and domain expertise. This role will also require the ability to facilitate design thinking workshops that encourage diverse perspectives, innovation, and alignment on strategic initiatives and business priorities, resulting in actionable plans with clear execution goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience, with a background in the manufacturing sector being advantageous.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with business stakeholders and managing multiple complex transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in leading and working within large teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge across various technology domains: analysis, project management, systems development, change management, and business process enhancement.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex business and technology concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong general management capabilities.
  • This position may require travel within North America.
