IT and Supply Chain Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead our IT and Supply Chain Transformation efforts. As a critical member of our global team, you will play a key role in accelerating our digital transformation and driving business growth through the delivery of Supply Chain and Operations Technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Supply Chain and Operations Technology Delivery: Own the delivery of Supply Chain and Operations technology capabilities for the Americas, ensuring consistency in prioritization approach across teams based on strategic goals, business value, and OKRs.
- Develop Solution Strategies and Proposals: Lead the creation of solution strategies and proposals, evaluating the credibility of solutions and cost estimates developed by partners.
- Identify Emerging Market Trends: Identify and evaluate emerging market trends to accelerate operational excellence opportunities for KOHLER Supply Chain and Operations.
- Provide Resource Requirements and Staffing: Work with IT program management to provide resource requirements and staffing for major business systems projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Lead and Develop Staff: Provide positive motivational leadership of staff, developing their technical, engagement, and problem-solving skills required to meet the continuing needs of current and new technologies.
- Track Progress and Intervene as Needed: Track progress against the strategy and roadmap, intervening where required to ensure delivery of business projects and results.
- Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Strong awareness of privacy and data security regulations and considerations, working with data and analytics, security, and privacy teams to ensure that all solutions are compliant.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or related field required.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience overall, with 5+ years of experience in supply chain.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for varied audiences on business and technology-related subject matter, including storytelling and making the complex simple.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated track record of partnering with business stakeholders and handling multiple complex transformation projects and delivering results.
- Desirable Qualifications: Masters/MBA desired.
