About the Role

Bally's Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Cage Operations Shift Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Cage department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory policies and procedures, safeguarding the company's assets, and promoting superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Cage personnel in all areas, including training and development.
  • Conduct training sessions on policies and procedures, as well as basic machinery operations.
  • Handle employee and customer-related problems with professionalism and composure.
  • Assist the Cage Manager with daily operations, including scheduling and staffing.
  • Review departmental reports to identify potential conflicts and misinformation.
  • Ensure a high level of company-wide service and satisfaction is maintained.
  • Accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
  • Bring employee concerns and unusual activities to the attention of the Cage Manager.
Requirements
  • Three years of supervisory experience and coin/currency handling experience.
  • Decision-making capabilities and experience in directing others.
  • Extremely numbers-oriented with typing and adding machine skills.
  • Computer literate with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and hours.
