Job Overview

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Boutique Sales Associates to join our luxury retail team. In this role, you will have the chance to work in an upscale environment, presenting exclusive brands and assisting guests in exploring premium merchandise.


Shop Highlights:
  • Estado: A destination where leisure meets elegance, offering a curated selection of stylish athleisure and lounge wear.
  • Same River Twice: A shop that features a unique assortment of gifts and designer items, celebrating the essence of the desert.
  • Maverick: Showcasing contemporary menswear from top brands, ideal for both casual and formal occasions.
  • Reflections: A seasonal boutique dedicated to family swimwear and trendy pool accessories.

Shift Requirements:

Part-Time (3-4 shifts weekly)


Availability:

Evening shifts, weekends, and holidays (with occasional morning shifts). Shift hours include:

  • 3:20 PM - 9:15 PM
  • 1:45 PM - 9:15 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Create memorable shopping experiences tailored to each guest.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of luxury brands and products available in each boutique.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, offering personalized recommendations and styling advice.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques while promoting exclusive merchandise.
  • Adhere to department policies and service standards.
  • Ensure the boutique is always clean and organized.
  • Assist with inventory management and merchandising.
  • Keep displays visually appealing, highlighting the unique aspects of each shop.
  • Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and brand offerings.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications and/or Point of Sale systems.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in retail, preferably within a luxury or high-end context.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
