  • Staffing and Employee Relations
    • Ensure that proper staffing levels are achieved and develop and implement strategies for retaining all employees.
  • Food Safety and Compliance
    • Ensure that all food safety standards are executed according to company policy & health/sanitation regulations.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Monitor procedures for the control of cash, property, product, and equipment.
    • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with labor and safety regulations.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Complete all administrative requirements and reports.
  • Leadership and Communication
    • Ensure that labor standards are followed in all restaurants.
    • Ensure all the restaurants in your area comply with local, state, and federal regulations and OSHA guidelines.
  • Travel and Collaboration
    • Traveling is required to other locations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelors Degree in Restaurant Management preferred.
    • Two (2) + years experience as a Multi Unit Manager in QSR.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Multi-Unit Restaurant Management experience.
    • Reliable Transportation.
    • Food Safety Certification.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills.
