Job Summary

Premise Health is seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician to provide high-quality medical care to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direct medical care to client company employees and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide episodic, preventive, and acute health care to patients
  • Conduct histories and physical examinations, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans
  • Educate and advise patients on medical issues, provide referrals to specialty care as needed
  • Participate in the development of annual health center goals and objectives
  • Maintain accurate medical records

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited medical school
  • At least three years of post-residency clinical experience
  • Board Certification in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Primary Care, or Emergency Medicine
  • Current state and federal DEA certification
  • Current Certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support
