Corporate/Contracts Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate/Contracts Paralegal to join our team in Charlotte. As a key member of our corporate legal department, you will be responsible for working with contracts, litigation, and ediscovery, as well as providing corporate support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with contract management, including NDA's and BAA's
  • Support litigation and ediscovery efforts
  • Provide corporate support functions, including prioritizing, multitasking, and managing deadlines

Requirements:

  • At least five years of experience working in corporate legal departments or large law firms
  • Four-year degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
  • Experience with Salesforce, Workday, or contract management databases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
