About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our thriving Civil Litigation practice in Charlotte. As a key member of our team, you will work directly alongside the Managing Partner to assist on civil litigation cases and handle administrative and management tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist on civil litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
  • Independently manage case deadlines and calendars, ensuring attorneys are adequately prepared for appointments.
  • Perform client interviews to collect information required for initial consults and ongoing case needs.
  • Prepare for trials, mediations, and depositions, and handle administrative and management tasks at a high-level.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years Paralegal Experience with an average of 40+ litigation cases.
  • Associate's degree or higher in Paralegal Studies or a related field.
  • Paralegal Certificate or 5+ years of professional experience in lieu of certification.
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications.
