- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company guidelines and procedures.
- ASE Certification: Possess a valid ASE certification in tire and wheel alignment.
- Availability and Reliability: Be available to work holidays, weekends, and after regular business hours as needed, with reliable transportation to work.
- Technical Skills: Possess the ability to learn new concepts, use technical materials, and operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
- Physical Demands: Be capable of safely operating automatic and manual transmission vehicles, moving and lifting up to 75 pounds, and meeting company requirements.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $20-$25/hour, plus 7% of all parts and labor commission. We are an equal opportunity employer, committed to building a culturally diverse team.
