As a Pharmacy Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and directing your Pharmacy Staff, comprised of both staff Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians. You'll oversee the management, operation, and maintenance of all aspects within your pharmacy, ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading with Heart - displaying empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues
  • Motivating, inspiring, and developing Pharmacy Support Staff
  • Identifying critical business opportunities and implementing meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance
  • Adapting to change and adjusting plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting
  • Aligning others around purpose to gain support and commitment
  • Facilitating a 'team' culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride

Requirements include:

  • Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization
  • Listing on the pharmacy state license as the 'pharmacist in charge'
