Software Engineering Project Manager

At Blue Origin, we're working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. As a Software Engineering Project Manager, you will play a key role in the development of our space systems, ensuring that software gets delivered on time to meet our commitments for the Lunar Permanence organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop robust plans of product deliveries and lead tracking of key operating metrics - including technical, cost, schedule, and risk.
Identify and define problem statements and have enough experience to build a realistic project schedule.
Work with technical leads to define program scope to create program plans.
Engage with developers on significant issues sufficiently to be able to report to senior leadership.

Requirements:
5+ years of project management experience related to software development.
Experience with Project Management Tools such as MS Project, P6 Primavera or similar.
Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and give to a culture of inclusion.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering or another technical field.
