We are seeking a highly skilled Wastewater Plant Shift Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our wastewater treatment plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and managing a team of operators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of wastewater treatment plant operators to ensure efficient and effective plant operations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for wastewater treatment and management.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and reports of plant operations and maintenance, including water quality data and treatment process performance.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs, while maintaining or improving water quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, maintenance, and operations, to ensure seamless plant operations and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in wastewater treatment plant operations and management.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and regulations, excellent leadership and communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
