Position Summary:

In this role, you will work under close supervision to perform routine tasks essential for assembling chemical dilution and dispensing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and understand the Bill of Materials (BoM) to gather necessary parts, tools, and equipment.
  • Utilize hand and pneumatic tools to construct assemblies and sub-assemblies of moderate complexity while demonstrating manual dexterity.
  • Complete assigned product assemblies adhering to established quality specifications.
  • Conduct quality inspections and tests on all products to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Follow well-defined visual aids and work instructions to perform tasks.
  • Adhere to standard safety protocols and maintain a tidy work environment.
  • Report any issues, malfunctions, or defective components to Production Leadership.
  • Meet and sustain established production rates.
  • Assist with operational logistics, including basic planning, inventory management, and packing.
  • Support manufacturing orders for work centers as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships.
  • Commitment to high ethical standards, transparency, and trust.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to rotate among various work centers; training in one value stream is required.
  • Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Capability to read, interpret, and follow written procedures; understand and follow verbal instructions.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Education and Experience:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and move throughout the entire shift with scheduled breaks.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 lbs. to waist and/or shoulder height, with or without assistance.
  • Repetitive lifting over shoulder height - maximum of 3 lbs.
  • Bending and reaching as necessary to retrieve parts and assemble products.
  • Manual dexterity and coordination using both hands.

Core Schedule:

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Compensation:

$18.00 per hour

Work Arrangement:

Onsite
