Position Summary:
Under close supervision, the Production Assembler will engage in routine tasks supporting the assembly of chemical dilution and dispensing equipment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and comprehend the Bill of Materials (BoM) to gather necessary parts, tools, and equipment.
  • Utilize hand and air tools to construct assemblies and sub-assemblies of moderate complexity, demonstrating manual dexterity.
  • Complete assigned product assemblies in accordance with quality specifications.
  • Conduct quality checks by inspecting and testing products to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Follow established guidance from visual aids, such as work instructions.
  • Adhere to standard safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Report any issues, malfunctions, or defective components to Production Leadership.
  • Meet and maintain established production rates.
  • Assist with operational logistics, including basic planning, inventory control, and packing.
  • Support manufacturing orders by pulling materials as needed.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

  • Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

  • Willingness to work overtime as required.

Education and Experience:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing is advantageous.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the entire shift with scheduled breaks.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 lbs. to waist and/or shoulder height, with or without assistance.
  • Repetitive lifting over shoulder height, with a maximum of 3 lbs.
  • Ability to bend and reach as necessary to obtain parts and assemble products.
  • Skill in grasping and manipulating using both hands.

Core Schedule:
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Compensation:
$18.00 per hour

Work Arrangement:
Onsite
