Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Production Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling chemical dilution and dispensing equipment under close supervision, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and understand the Bill of Materials (BoM) to gather necessary parts, tools, and equipment.
  • Utilize hand and pneumatic tools to construct assemblies and sub-assemblies of moderate complexity.
  • Ensure that all product assemblies meet quality specifications and perform quality checks through inspection and testing.
  • Follow established visual aids and work instructions to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to standard safety procedures.
  • Report any issues or defective components to Production Leadership.
  • Meet established production rates and assist with operational logistics, including inventory control and packing.
  • Participate in the pulling of manufacturing orders for work centers as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ethical standards and a commitment to openness and trust.
  • Basic math skills are required (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Ability to read and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.

Education and Experience:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 lbs. to waist and/or shoulder height, with or without assistance.
  • Repetitive lifting over shoulder height, maximum of 3 lbs.
  • Ability to grasp and manipulate using both hands.

Work Schedule:
Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Compensation:
The pay rate for this position is $18.00 per hour.

Work Arrangement:
This position requires onsite work.
