Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with clients to formulate effective remediation strategies.
  • Conduct site assessments and inspections to pinpoint potential challenges and risks.
  • Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Support field evaluations of existing structures.
  • Engage with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
  • Execute project design, including the creation of reports, specifications, and drawings.
  • Perform structural engineering analysis and design for projects.
  • Assist the team during the evaluation phase, which includes field assessments, report writing, developing repair solutions, and estimating construction costs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience demonstrating professional growth.
  • Professional Engineer license in Massachusetts.
  • Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on client relations and customer service.
