About the Role:
Sales Coordinator will contribute across several functions and support the Sales Team. This role offers a solid career growth path for the right individual in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Track responsibilities for the sales team, including customer needs.
  • Coordinate calendar with tasks and due dates.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer shipments.
  • Communicate with multiple teams within the organization.
  • Assist with document management to support Sales.
  • Arrange customer requests for planograms or ads.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements:
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and solution-based problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail with planning and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and collaboration with others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Professional appearance and manner.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal).

Location: Hauppauge, NY
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
