Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst 2 to join our team at Serigor Inc. in Norfolk, VA. This is a 12+ month contract position that requires strong technical support and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Filter and prioritize Help Desk calls, providing basic support and troubleshooting for issues such as password resets, printer configurations, and break/fix instructions.
  • Analyze user issues and determine the best course of action to resolve problems, escalating to Level 2 and Level 3 support as needed.
  • Provide support for identified Level 2 and Level 3 issues where configuration solutions have already been documented.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience with OTRS Ticket System or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience with TDX IT Service Management (ITSM) Service Desk tool.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with basic support and troubleshooting.
