Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, engineer, analyze, and develop software systems and delivery processes, including DevOps pipelines.
  • Model and assess software development and deployment processes, assisting projects in customizing Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with government leaders to define context, problem areas, and vision to establish capabilities, priorities, roadmaps, and transformation strategies.
  • Develop Agile processes, plans, and architectures to facilitate software development, analysis, and operations.
  • In a senior capacity, oversee all facets of IT application development, mentoring junior staff and collaborating with other Software Developer IIIs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Possession of one of the following certifications within six months of starting the role:
    • CCNA-Security
    • CySA+
    • GICSP
    • GSEC
    • Security+ CE
    • CND
    • SSCP
  • For candidates without a degree, four (4) additional years of experience are required.
  • If holding an Associate's degree instead of a Bachelor's, two (2) additional years of experience are necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Development or a related discipline.
  • Experience in an Agile development environment.
  • Relevant industry-standard certifications.

Clearance Requirements:

  • This position necessitates an active TS/SCI clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for over 50% of the time.
  • Effective communication and information exchange with peers and senior personnel.
  • Frequent operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery.
  • Regular communication with co-workers, management, and clients, including delivering presentations.
  • Occasional movement within the office to access files and equipment.

The anticipated compensation range for this role is $134,700-$224,700, influenced by factors such as relevant experience, skills, geographic location, education, and certifications. Additionally, ManTech offers a comprehensive benefits package that may include health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, disability coverage, retirement savings, and professional development opportunities.
