Sales Expert

We are seeking a skilled Wireless Sales Consultant to join our team at Fresh Inc. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for connecting customers with our wireless products and services.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Sales and account management: Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals, negotiating contracts, and upselling products and services
- Customer engagement: Engage with potential customers in a positive and warm manner, explaining the benefits of our services and products
- Problem-solving: Listen to concerns, understand, and problem-solve issues in a polite and empathetic manner
- Personalized solutions: Recommend tailored solutions to customers to improve sales margins and increase customer satisfaction
- Training and development: Attend meetings and sales training classes to enhance knowledge of our products, clientele, telecommunications services, sales promotions, and new sales techniques
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A background in Sales, Wireless Sales, Telecommunications, Customer Service, or Client-facing roles
- Confident, outgoing, and energetic approach
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proven ability to overturn objections, solve problems, and drive sales margins
- Results-driven and goal-oriented individual
- Charismatic and professional demeanor
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time
- Reliable transportation
