Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and evaluating candidates for exempt and non-exempt roles.
  • HR Operations: Develop and maintain job descriptions, administer personnel files, and oversee the candidate selection process.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a primary contact for candidates, employees, and management on various HR matters, including employee relations issues and HR-related investigations.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the 401(k) retirement plan and health savings account.
  • Payroll Administration: Manage payroll, including processing payroll, handling employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws.
  • Training and Development: Support training and development initiatives, including designing and presenting performance improvement plans.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Experience: Three or more years of HR generalist and full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong working knowledge of various recruiting methods and best practices.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information in a professional manner.
