Dedicated Mental Health Specialist

Isei Consulting LLC is seeking a highly skilled Psychiatrist for an exciting opportunity in Waimea, Hawaii.
About the RoleThis position offers a unique chance to provide direct psychiatric care to patients referred for psychiatric care, focusing on outpatient management at our client's Primary Care Clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Perform ambulatory psychiatric assessments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Develop, review, and update patient ambulatory treatment plans, assessing progress toward treatment plan goals.
- Provide medication management for patients in need of psychiatric outpatient care.
- Complete all necessary documentation as required by clinic policy to meet regulatory agency requirements.
- Consult with patients' primary care providers to coordinate medication and treatment issues, direct and negotiate treatment plan changes, and provide documentation of the coordination of care in the medical record.
- Provide inpatient consults when available.
- A graduate degree from an accredited School of Medicine or ECFMG certification.
- Current board certification in Psychiatry. If not board certified, board certification must be obtained within five (5) years from the date of completion of residency or fellowship training.
- A current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Hawaii.
- The ability to maintain membership on the faculty of the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine, preferred.
The estimated salary for this role is $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
