Mental Health Professional in Rural North Hawaii

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our multi-disciplinary team at Kipuka o ke Ola, an independent rural health clinic in North Hawaii.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality psychotherapy services to children and adults, working collaboratively with our behavioral health, primary care, psychiatric, and Traditional Healing services teams.
A key aspect of this role is cultural competency and expertise, as well as the ability to do educational assessments and understand health psychology concepts.
About UsKipuka o ke Ola is a small, non-profit organization dedicated to serving the North Hawaii region and addressing Native Hawaiian health disparities. We prioritize community-based care and strive to create a supportive environment for our patients and staff.
This is a full-time position, requiring State of Hawaii licensure and the ability to be credentialed with health insurance companies. As a recognized student loan repayment site for the National Health Service Corps/HRSA, we offer a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The salary for Clinical Psychologists is $90,000 - $110,000, while Licensed Clinical Social Workers or Licensed Mental Health Counselors can expect $75,000 - $85,000.
Work EnvironmentWe operate on a Monday-to-Friday schedule, with 8-hour shifts. Our clinic is located in Waimea, North Hawaii, and we prioritize providing exceptional care to our local community.
