NTB/Mavis Tires & Brakes is seeking a full-time Automotive Store Manager to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Bluffton, SC area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a retail store location to ensure maximum profitability
  • Drive sales, monitor inventory and expenses, manage personnel, and control operating costs
  • Implement and manage sales programs, direct the work of technicians and mechanics, and ensure timely and safe completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance
  • Communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, and provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 1 year of experience in retail store management or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
