About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial leader to join our executive leadership team at Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving excellence in financial performance and supporting the strategic goals of our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze monthly financial statements and related management reporting to identify critical issues, business risks, trends, and opportunities.
- Provide financial insights to the operations team to enhance their financial acumen and drive the financial performance of the community.
- Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve business objectives and improve financial performance.
- Oversee the accounts receivable function to ensure adequate controls and timely cash collection.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure fiscal accountability and develop business acumen that drives financial performance.
- Interact with residents and staff through presentations, trainings, and events to instill confidence in our financial strength and stability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- CPA or MBA a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role.
