We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial leader to join our executive leadership team at Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living. As the Executive Director of Finance, you will play a key role in driving excellence in financial performance and supporting the strategic goals of our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze monthly financial statements and related management reporting to effectively highlight critical issues, business risks, trends, and opportunities.
  • Provide financial insights to the operations team to enable them to develop their financial acumen and drive the financial performance of the community.
  • Perform special business analysis to highlight critical issues and recommend solutions to enhance community performance.
  • Develop the annual operating and capital plan for the community to establish financial guardrails and targets for the coming year.
  • Oversee the accounts receivable function at the community to ensure adequate controls and timely cash collection.
  • Be an active and engaged leader at the community to drive the culture of the organization.
  • Interact regularly with residents and staff through presentations, trainings, seminars, and events to instill confidence in our financial strength and stability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • CPA or MBA a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role.
