About the Role

Raising Cane's is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team in achieving exceptional customer satisfaction, sales growth, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure overall financial success of the restaurant by forecasting and budgeting, monitoring profit and loss statements, and developing strategies to drive financial performance.
  • Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards, utilizing required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results, and take corrective action when needed.
  • Deploy crewmembers during a shift, provide exemplary customer service, and utilize the reward and recognition program to motivate the team.
  • Achieve and maintain training restaurant status, achieve 'meets expectations' or better metrics in all crewmember and operations performance metrics, and complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively, recognizing and analyzing problems, setting goals, creating plans, and converting plans into action to solve problems.
  • Proficient in a variety of technology systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), and able to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
  • 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, with new restaurant opening experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.
