Job Summary

Swensons Drive-in Restaurants, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead and manage a single restaurant location. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in restaurant management, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, team development, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, including hourly management and team members.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Drive sales growth and revenue through effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overhead expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team development.
  • Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and control costs.
  • Computer skills, with the ability to use software applications and systems.
Working Conditions

The General Manager will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility and reasonable range of motion, with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds repetitively throughout a shift.
