  • Prepare and initiate the review of tax filings for Mid-Sized Private Entities across various sectors, Investment Firms, High Net-Worth Individuals, Trust Entities, and Non-Profit Organizations.
  • Support Tax Planning and Forecasting initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough tax research and create precise documentation.
  • Independently address inquiries from tax authorities.
  • Execute journal entries for year-end financial closure, including bank reconciliations.
  • Generate trial balances and financial reports.
  • Examine current and previous year’s General Ledger, Cashbook, and Journal entries.
  • Engage with clients regarding year-end adjustments.
  • Manage routine client inquiries and collaborate with clients to gather essential information for financial statements and tax return completion.
  • Propose client service enhancements and business development opportunities to management.
  • Assist in the training and support of junior tax professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of current experience in a CPA Firm.
  • CPA certification obtained or in progress.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Taxation or Accounting preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, deadlines, and budgets effectively.
  • Conduct complex financial analyses.
