Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit daily income audit reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable and accounts payable subledgers
  • Instill credit management best practices throughout the property
  • Prepare and process checks/wires for payments upon receipt
  • Support the Loyalty Program by reviewing monthly billing and exemption reports
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of hotel/residential accounting is required
  • Hotel and/or residential accounting and customer service-related experience is preferred
  • Property Management System and credit card processing and reconciliation are required
  • Understanding of Full Cycle Accounts Payable processes is required
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications is required
