Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiologic Technologist to lead our Radiology department. As a Lead Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily department activities, collaborating with technical staff to organize and direct workflow, and evaluating technical skills to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Staff supervision and coordination of daily department activities
  • Collaborate with technical staff to organize and direct department workflow
  • Evaluate technical skills and schedule staff appropriately
  • Ensure patient care is efficiently and effectively maintained
  • Monitor compliance with accreditation and regulatory agencies and hospital and department standards
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology required
  • Two years of general Radiology experience required, 1 year of hospital experience preferred
  • ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification required
  • CMRT - Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist certification required
  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
