About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our team as a Lead Radiology Imaging Specialist. As a key member of our Radiology department, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily department activities, collaborating with technical staff to organize and direct workflow, and ensuring patient care is efficiently and effectively maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Staff supervision and coordination of daily department activities
  • Collaboration with technical staff to organize and direct department workflow
  • Evaluation of technical skills and scheduling staff appropriately
  • Ensuring patient care is efficiently and effectively maintained
  • Monitoring compliance with accreditation and regulatory agencies and hospital and department standards
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology required
  • Two years of general Radiology experience required, 1 year of hospital experience preferred
  • ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists R upon hire required
  • CMRT - Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist either by TDH or TMB upon hire required
  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
