We are looking for an Entry Level Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be trained to service our current book of business, handle client inquiries, and support policy management tasks. We will assist you in obtaining your insurance license, offering a clear path to career growth. This position offers a competitive salary of $40,000 to $50,000 per year, with additional commission and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to our existing clients over the phone.
  • Requote policies for current clients and prospects to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Conduct policy reviews to identify areas for improvement or savings.
  • Process payments, endorsements, and policy changes as needed.
  • Assist with selling new policies and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Candidate must be willing to obtain their insurance license with our support. In-office training provided.
  • Coachable and open to learning, with a willingness to be trained.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes within the office environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to professionalism.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to develop a career in the insurance industry.
