Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Emergency Response Coordinator to join our team at Santa Clara Pueblo Administrative. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating emergency responses and ensuring the safety and security of all tribal and community members.

About the Job:

  • You will answer emergency and non-emergency phone calls and dispatch information to law enforcement officers in the field, fire, ambulance, emergency, or appropriate units.
  • You will ensure unit personnel safety by probing callers and relaying all vital and pertinent information. You will serve as liaison between callers and law enforcement personnel.
  • You will maintain accurate records of all incidents and transmissions in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • You will communicate effectively with law enforcement personnel and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective response to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating emergency responses and ensuring the safety and security of all tribal and community members.
  • Answering emergency and non-emergency phone calls and dispatching information to law enforcement officers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all incidents and transmissions.
  • Communicating effectively with law enforcement personnel and other stakeholders.

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
